Pregnancy Help 4 U is a Pregnancy Medical Clinic supporting all of North Texas. Our office provides free medical clinic medical services and accurate information on all options regarding unplanned pregnancy with the aim to provide solutions to barriers to parenting or placing for adoption. We provide accurate information regarding all pregnancy decision, including abortion, adoption and parenting. Additionally, we enable woman and the father of the baby to have a safe place to discuss their questions and concerns.
Our services include offering hospital grade pregnancy tests and confirming the pregnancy through sonogram. Clients with a positive pregnancy test is given Medicaid information and provided proof of pregnancy for women intending to carry. We want to bring hope to their situation and see them succeed in life. This is the reason we also offer parenting and life skills courses that are free, virtual classes that help build a healthy foundation for parenting. For our clients we also offer maternity and baby supplies such as diapers, wipes, clothes, formula, and more.

We want every girl who walks into our clinic to feel that she is safe, accepted and not judged. We never push or pressure the girls to do anything. We simply give them their options, show them what is true, pray for them and let the Lord do what only He can.
No matter what our clients choose, we make sure they know we are here for them every step of the way. We want to be in their lives, we want to love like Christ, and we want to see life happen both for the child in the womb and for the woman sitting in the counseling room chair.
